EXCHANGE AND RETURN \ CANCELLATION POLICY

 

In case of size issues or received damaged products please write us an email within 3 days of receiving the product at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +91-9315655456. Provide the photos and videos of the package received, for us to assess the damage/fault.

To be eligible for an Exchange below requirement needs to be fulfilled:

  • We can only help you if there is a size issue and exchange it for a smaller or bigger size. In case of unavailability of the same product, we will provide you with a credit voucher of the same amount.
  • Team Anishuna will provide the return address for the product to be sent back. The customer will bear the postage fee on returning the stock.
  • Please send the clothes in the same condition you received, including tags and packaging.
  • If the product is not in the same condition or is damaged, we will return the same product to the customer.
  • Once the order is approved, we will dispatch the exchanged order between 2-3 working days.
 
To be eligible for a Refund below requirement needs to be fulfilled:
 
  • Once the Damage is assessed and the Refund is approved, we will arrange the refund to the original payment method.
  • We do not accept Returns for Change of Mind reasons.

NOTE: The fabrics we use are made with vegetable dye colors, we recommend washing the first few times separately. Please do not soak the clothes. We will not return or exchange after the wash.
